Gladys is Chartered Marketer and an accredited Public Relations Practitioner. She is extremely passionate about research and analytics.  She believes that metrics, strategy, and creativity are fundamental to providing unique solutions for our clients.

She has a varied history in corporate communications, account management, consulting, and academia. She comes to the table with over 15 years of expertise, industry insights, and a unique focus on developing ‘data-based’ tailored strategies that reflect client values.

Gladys holds an M.A in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana, Legon, an EMBA in Marketing from the same university, a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) – UK, and a B. A. in English and History from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Gladys is also an accredited member of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Ghana, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) – Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) – UK.

She is committed to inspiring change in the world. She leads the team in developing and implementing sustainability programs for our operations and that of our clients by crafting compelling and credible stories, engaging stakeholders, and tracking progress.

She seeks to impact the next generation by empowering young leaders in Africa and is currently serving as a member of the Mentor Advisory Committee of the MasterCard Foundation – Global Give Back Circle.
